Overview

LRN is seeking a high performing Business Development Manager to leverage solution sales experience to promote ethics and compliance solutions globally.

In Short

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to deliver B2B sales.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead conversion to contract signing.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for LRN's E&C solutions.
  • Run outbound lead generation campaigns, including cold calling.
  • Develop expertise in business, legal, compliance, and ethical trends.
  • Engage with C-Level executives of large companies.
  • Track and report all activities for sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful program delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Understanding of compliance and ethics topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
