Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist the National Field Sales Team (NFS). The overall goal and intent is to increase efficiency and quality by removing obstacles standing in the way of higher production.

In Short

  • Perform duties to assist the National Field Sales Team.
  • Communicate and assist Team Loan Officers.
  • Correspond with borrowers and assist with proposals/applications.
  • Track applications and collect trailing documentation.
  • Submission to Operations and assist in maintaining customer service.
  • Facilitate business development and incorporate referral partners.
  • Arrange and coordinate local meetings and events.
  • Maintain databases via SalesForce.
  • Support Sales Leaders in various aspects.
  • Work remotely with limited supervision.

Requirements

  • Entry level position with work hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and Loan Officers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with computer and phone/document preparation equipment.
