Overview

The Sales Operations & Field Force Coordinator is responsible for data-driven management and optimization of the field sales team, ensuring implementation at the point of sale.

In Short

• Act as the central interface between the field sales team and the Sales Tech Team.
• Record and analyze field visits in Salesforce ensuring data accuracy.
• Optimize route planning for field sales to maximize efficiency.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee Image Recognition Software for monitoring in-store execution.
• Be the first point of contact for the field sales team regarding planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in field sales, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in IT systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and service-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in German and English.
