Overview

The Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator is responsible for ensuring data integrity in loan origination software and managing the submission of loan applications for underwriting approval.

• Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting
• Collaborate with partners, loan officers, and third parties
• Gather and submit loan conditions for approval
• Review and upload documentation into the loan origination system
• Analyze credit, income, and asset documents
• Maintain confidentiality of client files
• Manage multiple files simultaneously
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain satisfactory file quality
• Other mortgage-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous mortgage processing experience
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret procedures and regulations
• Positive attitude and collaboration skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
