Retail Processing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Retail Processing Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the processing team, ensuring compliance with FHA and other regulations while providing quality service and support.

In Short

• Manage and coach a team of 15-20 Processors and Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with FHA and proprietary loan regulations.
• Train and support team members in processing loan files.
• Act as a liaison between various departments.
• Monitor the processing pipeline for efficiency.
• Develop strategies for process improvement.
• Conduct meetings and coordinate training needs.
• Oversee hiring and terminations within the team.
• Provide solutions and feedback to leadership.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in reverse mortgage retail processing.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations including RESPA/TILA.
• Management experience preferred (5-10 years).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work long hours and travel multiple times a year.
• High energy and self-motivation.
