Longbridge is seeking a qualified Reverse Mortgage Processor to join our first-class Operations Team, dedicated to helping seniors unlock their home equity for a better retirement.

In Short

• Process applications from submission to closing.
• Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters.
• Review and organize loan documentation.
• Analyze credit and income documentation.
• Clear loan conditions for final approval.
• Maintain confidentiality of client files.
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and customers.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide strong customer service and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years FHA Processing experience preferred.
• Must have reverse processing experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations (TILA, RESPA, etc.).
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Detail-oriented and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
