Overview

The Mortgage Processor plays a crucial role in supporting Originators by managing individual pipelines, ensuring compliance, and maintaining efficient processing times.

In Short

Monitor individual pipeline and estimated monthly closing production.
Review and submit file documents for underwriting.
Follow up on necessary services and client documents.
Stay updated on agency guidelines and compliance regulations.
Assist in closing, post-closing, or funding issues.
Submit TRID Changed Circumstance requests in compliance.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
Organizational skills to meet deadlines with accuracy.
Knowledge of mortgage documentation and regulations.
Work under pressure and deadlines.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of Mortgage Processing experience.
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy.
Knowledge of the mortgage business and documentation.
Stay current with mortgage guidelines and regulations.
Ability to follow instructions effectively.
Understanding of the real estate market.
Ability to complete tasks under pressure.
