The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing credit standings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in processing loans.
• Experience with Encompass preferred.
• Knowledge of TRID and lending procedures.
• Strong organization and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
