The Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely communication with borrowers and handling all loan documentation.

• Package loans from Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Handle loan documentation and meet deadlines.
• Manage an average of 30 loans at a time.
• Determine borrower creditworthiness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a loan pipeline.
• Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of mortgage loan processes.
• Experience with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and Jumbo loans.
• Knowledge of underwriting product guidelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized and autonomous problem solver.
