Overview

This position requires a candidate with mortgage experience to support the team by reviewing incoming files and ensuring smooth operations.

• Support team members in their primary responsibilities

• Track Lead Notes from Loan Officers
• Monitor incoming emails and set up Encompass files
• Calculate income for Wage Earners and SE borrowers
• Maintain a tracker of all files
• Ensure correct documentation at the time of funding
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• Mortgage industry experience is required
• Encompass experience is a plus
• Experience with order outs and calling third parties
• Familiarity with office applications
• Proficient communication skills
• Great personality
• Finance and accounting experience is a plus
