Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator is responsible for ensuring data integrity in loan origination software and managing loan conditions for approvals and closings.

In Short

• Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting.
• Collaborate with partners, loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters.
• Gather and review file documentation in LOS.
• Clear loan conditions for final approval.
• Analyze credit, income, and asset documents.
• Manage a minimum of 35 files simultaneously.
• Ensure confidentiality of client files.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain satisfactory file quality.
• Perform other mortgage-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous mortgage processing experience is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Above average oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and regulations.
