B2B Wholesale Coordinator - Remote

Overview

PlanetArt is in search of a Wholesale Coordinator to join our I See Me team in a collaborative role in our Plymouth, MN location. This role will work closely with our key retailers and internal account partners to ensure seamless fulfillment of orders and all associated processes.

In Short

• Manage customer service for specialty store and promotional gifting accounts.
• Liaison between specialty store owners and internal account representatives.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with departments for order fulfillment processes.
• Review and reconcile retailer invoices monthly.
• Assist account manager(s) with administrative needs.
• Support special project work and product samples.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market conditions.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency strategies.
• Onboard new specialty stores and manage business websites.
