Overview

PlanetArt is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support revenue growth.

In Short

• Operate marketing automation platforms such as Cordial, Listrak, Braze, and SES.
• Execute marketing and automated email campaigns using HTML/CSS and existing templates.
• Build, test, and launch automated email campaigns.
• Manage email proofing, quality assurance, and scheduling.
• Ensure email best practices and mobile responsiveness.
• Create nurturing workflows and segmentation strategies.
• Continuously optimize workflows for better engagement and ROI.
• Track performance metrics and run A/B tests.
• Stay updated on data privacy laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of email marketing and deployment tools.
• Understanding of relational databases and data schema.
• Expertise in HTML & CSS for email.
• Experience with email client testing tools.
• Familiarity with audience management and segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn new platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of email marketing regulations.
