The HR & Talent Advisory Practice at LHH is a newly launched strategic consulting arm focused on Leadership, Culture, Organizational Design, and Change Management. It serves as a strategic differentiator for LHH, elevating the brand and deepening client relationships through high-touch, bespoke advisory engagements.

In Short

  • The Director of Assessments & Diagnostics is responsible for creating, implementing and improving best in-class diagnostics to support the full suite of our Advisory service.
  • Remit includes both psychometric assessments and the design of new consulting diagnostics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure assessment portfolio supports commercial success.
  • Lead a new global product strategy for assessment, diagnostics, and analytics.
  • Design and evolve high-impact assessment/diagnostic tools.
  • Ensure solutions are evidence-based, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • Lead strategic client engagements including workshops and executive presentations.
  • Define and track key performance metrics for assessment solutions.
  • Ensure all assessment practices meet global standards for ethics and data privacy.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent assessment, and human capital consulting.
  • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field desirable.
  • Deep expertise in psychometric assessment and non-psychometric diagnostics.
  • Cross industry experience in sales, delivery, and implementation of assessment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of people analytics.
  • Business savvy with global background as a client-facing subject matter expert.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional facilitator with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deeply curious with a passion for people and solutions.
