Director, Applied Technology & People Analytics - HR & Talent Advisory - Remote

Overview

The Director of Applied Technology & People Analytics is a senior leader responsible for establishing and advancing LHH’s applied technology & people capabilities, including AI to support the HR & Talent Advisory business. This role combines people and data science expertise with strategic technology enablement to identify, evaluate, and implement next-generation analytic tools, platforms, and AI solutions.

In Short

• Define and execute the applied technology and people analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Work with Technology / IT to oversee the build and deployment of AI agents.
• Identify and assess emerging technologies in AI and data visualization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into HR offerings.
• Ensure ethical and responsible data practices.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Lead automation and process improvements for analytics.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads and Marketing to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Train internal teams on technology and data tools.
• Contribute to business development and client meetings as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in applied technology, people and data science, AI research, or technology strategy.
• Demonstrated success in leading analytics or AI implementation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of data modeling and analytic tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience evaluating and integrating AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive and client audiences.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify value creation opportunities.
• Proficient in Python, R, or other data science languages.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science preferred.
