Overview

The Head of Sale Europe drives growth across verticals for UK&I and European countries with large and global accounts through the Global Account Directors team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing P&L.
  • Expertise in consultative sales and strategic account planning.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in driving sales transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
