Overview

The Opportunity Coordinator supports the Opportunity Management Team in delivering effective proposal and bid support functions, assisting in responding to large RFPs and improving overall efficiency.

In Short

  • Assist team members in responding to large RFPs.
  • Support across the LHH service portfolio on complex opportunities.
  • Coordinate legal reviews and manage the proposal portal.
  • Maintain reference and testimonials library.
  • Handle incoming queries and liaise with the Content Team.
  • Participate in development activities and improvement projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure standards and processes are maintained.
  • Work independently in a client-focused environment.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a support/coordination role in a bidding or sales environment.
  • Experience completing customer questionnaires.
  • Project management excellence.
  • Effective use of online tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, SalesForce).
  • Time and priority management skills.
  • Ability to function in a client-focused, deadline-driven environment.
  • Agile mindset and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and creativity.
  • Ability to ensure standards are maintained.
