Global Talent Acquisition/Sales Recruiter (Trilingual: French, Spanish, English) - Remote

Overview

As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business-critical sales roles to identify and acquire strong talent for LHH across the EMEA and North America regions.

In Short

• Independently manage an ongoing load of 15-20 open sales roles across multiple countries and verticals.
• Build and execute recruiting strategies including candidate assessment and sourcing methodologies.
• Create strong internal and external relationships to build a sales candidate pipeline.
• Communicate proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques to attract prospective candidates.
• Represent LHH to external candidates effectively describing our business and culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition peers to share best practice recruiting methodologies.
• Comply with all Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
• Support the global talent acquisition partner team on other open roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in corporate TA recruiting sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, etc.).
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographic regions in EMEA is preferred.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in social networking and project management.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume recruiting environment required.
• Proven track record of developing and attracting high potential sales talent.
• Strong influencing, decision making, and execution skills.
• Ability to overcome obstacles and provide innovative solutions.
