• Identify and engage passive candidates using various sourcing tools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or RPO).
• Proven success filling roles across various industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Professionalism in working directly with candidates.
