Overview

A dynamic Brand Marketing Manager role to manage brand communications strategy, creative development, production and execution, and drive integration of the brand platform throughout the organization worldwide.

In Short

  • Oversee brand strategy and creative execution of integrated offline and online communications.
  • Lead, develop, and execute brand content and campaign processes.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agency partners.
  • Maintain a library of photo and video assets.
  • Act as an internal brand evangelist.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns and media programs.
  • Communicate new marketing initiatives to internal employees.
  • Provide feedback for production aspects of advertising and video shoots.
  • Manage timelines and project statuses effectively.
  • Foster collaboration and drive results through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of related experience, preferably with a B2B brand.
  • Aptitude for creating marketing briefs and integrated campaigns.
  • Passion for branding and marketing with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of production processes and budget management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to execute tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage analytics and data for decision making.
  • Organized and process-driven with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and billing processes.
