• We are looking for a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our People Team.
• Responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Create and post compelling job descriptions.
• Conduct initial screening calls and support structured interview processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate on employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to proactively identify and engage top talent.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and employment law.
