In Short

  • You will be the central contact for key clients in the plant and power plant construction sector.
  • You will maintain and develop existing customer relationships and expand them sustainably.
  • You will negotiate complex service contracts and framework agreements considering technical and economic customer requirements.
  • In close collaboration with technical expert teams, you will develop tailored solutions in the field of energy and plant technology.
  • You will identify and leverage market opportunities, especially in the context of the energy transition and internationalization.

Requirements

  • You have a completed technical degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the sales of engineering services or technical solutions, preferably in the field of plant or power plant construction.
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to build and maintain sustainable networks.
  • You enjoy international travel to comprehensively support clients on-site.
  • You have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
