In Short

• You will be responsible for the further development and optimization of quality standards in coordination with management.
• You will work closely with various teams to ensure all processes run efficiently and smoothly.
• You analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted measures.
• You develop training and coaching for employees to keep everyone up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing the quality management database.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in a technical or business field or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in quality management.
• You bring a structured and pragmatic working style with a high degree of result orientation.
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications is a matter of course for you.
• You are willing to travel occasionally to construction sites and areas of deployment for employees.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
