The family-owned company currently employs over 1,000 people at 33 international locations. To drive further successful growth, we are looking for several Branch Managers (m/f/d) Wholesale. You will recognize opportunities and risks to continuously develop the branch. In Short

  • Organize, coordinate, and manage the branch in the respective region with a team of up to 50 employees.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen revenue and market position.
  • Responsible for personnel management, leading, and motivating the team.
  • Maintain and create long-term relationships with existing customers and acquire new business customers.
  • Continuous market observation and analysis of competitors.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in managing a sales location or in a comparable position in wholesale, ideally in the sanitary, heating, and bathroom sectors.
  • Leadership experience and competence in personnel development.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, goal-oriented working style combined with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
