Overview

Ignitis is a part of the Ignitis Group – a renewables-focused integrated utility aiming to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem. The Sales Manager will contribute to this mission by managing sales performance and client relationships within the SME segment.

In Short

• Present sales performance and revenue generation.
• Analyze customer metrics like acquisition and retention rates.
• Provide updates on contract negotiations with SME clients.
• Report on market trends affecting SME client relationships.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in budget preparation for client acquisition strategies.
• Recommend strategies to enhance client engagement and profitability.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a trading company.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Polish and English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
