You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and spearheading our expansion in the innovative smart energy market.

In Short

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets for our smart energy solutions
  • Leading, motivating, and managing our sales and customer support teams to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction
  • Optimizing sales and customer support processes, leveraging CRM and other digital tools
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer journey and building lasting customer loyalty
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings and market presence
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and customer support leadership, ideally within the energy, technology, or a related sector
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and relevant legislative frameworks (e.g., consumer rights, data privacy)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
  • A passion for smart technology and sustainable energy solutions
