Team Leader Accounting - Remote

Overview

The client is a successful trading company with a global network of suppliers. They are looking for an experienced Team Leader Accounting who will take on responsibility in a dynamic environment and drive the development of the team.

In Short

• Lead a team of 8 in finance and accounting.
• Oversee all accounting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• Participate in continuous process optimization in the finance department.
• Act as a point of contact for auditors and tax advisors.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

• Completed business studies with a focus on finance or comparable education.
• Solid professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting.
• Experience in accounting processes like import costs and taxes.
• Excellent numerical understanding and analytical skills.
• Fluent in German and very good English.
