Overview

As a Team Lead Accounting at Smallpdf, you will oversee all accounting operations across international entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting while managing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of IAS, Swiss GAAP, and IFRS.
• Experience in international environments, preferably in SaaS.
• Track record with audits and external accounting firms.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; German and Serbian are a plus.
