Overview

As an Infrastructure and Building Business Development Manager, you are responsible for generating sales leads and driving revenue through prospecting, acquiring, developing and expanding business leads to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit growth.

In Short

  • Identify, develop and implement new opportunities in existing or new markets.
  • Participate in the go-no go decision for new projects/markets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and competitors.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and follow through on opportunities to cross-sell.
  • Support marketing programs for brand development and market awareness.
  • Develop strategies to establish partnerships and business relationships.
  • Collaborate with various departments in strategy development.
  • Network with key players.
  • Participate in the annual budget planning process.

Requirements

  • University or Master degree, preferably an Engineer (BSc) or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the industry.
  • Practical experience with large Industrial projects.
  • Basic understanding of NDT and testing methods.
  • Fluent in English and French.
