Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the internal sales team by qualifying high-volume, warm inbound leads generated from paid social campaigns. This role involves engaging directly with individual consumers - primarily prospective university applicants and their parents in the UK- and booking consultations with the sales team.

• Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Considerable years of experience in sales, lead qualification, or customer engagement role.
• Experience in a B2C setting, ideally within education, online services, or consumer support.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable speaking with students and parents and tailoring communication to each.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Streak CRM experience is a plus, but not required).
• Motivated, organized, and metrics-driven with a strong work ethic.
