Remote Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

Overview

Lenze Americas is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our northeast area. The ideal candidate must have industry experience with ideally 5+ years' experience leading a team with proven results.

In Short

• Responsible for the Northeast area of US
• Leads and manages the execution of direct, Rep, and distributor annual sales targets for their assigned regions.
• Lead and develop direct reports as well as the next generation of RSM’s.
• Execute the growth strategy in their region as set by the VP of Sales & Marketing
• Willingness to travel 30-50%

Requirements

• 5+ years of actual high-performance sales management
• Sales management experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries
• 5+ years' experience as a manager, with direct reports. Exceptional leadership skills with ability to lead teams and drive results is a must
• Experience with multi-channel sales approaches
• Technical undergraduate degree + MBA (Preferred)
