Overview

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for expanding Legion’s business by prospecting into accounts and sharing the value of our platform. This role requires passion, drive, and strong business acumen to support our growing Sales team.

In Short

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of leads sourced, meetings scheduled, and opportunities generated.
  • Pursue marketing and partner-generated leads to qualify and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive attendance to events.
  • Communicate Legion’s unique value proposition to prospects.
  • Research and identify key contacts, actively calling and emailing prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity history in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales development prospecting experience for a SaaS company.
  • Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and overcoming objections.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with organizations over 5,000 employees.
  • Experience using modern sales tech stack: Salesforce, MixMax, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
