Monte Carlo is seeking a Strategic Sales Development Rep (SDR) to identify and contact new prospects for potential business opportunities, maintaining a high volume of outreach to create qualified leads for the sales team.

In Short

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role.
  • Track record in an early-stage company or ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with complex and consultative sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prospect into new accounts using outbound tactics.
