Overview

Monte Carlo is seeking a Strategic Sales Engineer to support its sales team by providing technical guidance and building relationships with customers in the West region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering.
  • Understanding of data ecosystems, cloud data warehousing, and SQL.
  • Experience in early-stage companies or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong technical foundation and customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mentality with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to business value.
  • High degree of ownership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
