The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Monte Carlo will manage relationships with significant customers to ensure trust in their data, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and value realization.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the entire client journey from onboarding to adoption and value realization.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build growth strategies for your book of business.
  • Effectively communicate business value to client executives through strategic reviews.
  • Establish clear business goals, timelines, priorities, and success metrics with customers.
  • Prescribe best practices to enhance value from Monte Carlo's products.
  • Develop relationships with client executives including VPs and C-suite officers.
  • Monitor account health and adoption to maximize customer value.
  • Project manage the customer journey using internal and external resources.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success for enterprises or consulting for large clients.
  • Experience with data products/solutions is preferred.
  • Track record in an early-stage company or ambiguous environment.
  • Project and stakeholder management skills for enterprise rollouts.
  • Ability to prioritize complex and competing objectives.
