Overview

The Enterprise Client Success Manager at AHEAD drives all aspects of the customer relationship for Managed Services, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality while coordinating with various teams.

In Short

  • Acts as a customer advocate
  • Ensures Service Level Agreements are met
  • Coordinates Managed Services contract renewals
  • Builds strong relationships with customers
  • Leads onboarding activities for new customers
  • Implements process improvements for customer satisfaction
  • Manages service improvement activities
  • Communicates with stakeholders on service operations
  • Leads Technical Assessments
  • Participates in business reviews with customers

Requirements

  • Understanding of IT Service Management processes
  • Knowledge of IT Project Management principles
  • Leadership and direction skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage client issues and priorities
  • Experience with C-level stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • 5+ years of IT Service Account Management experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification desired
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
