In Short

  • Identify and research high-value prospects within target accounts.
  • Craft tailored outreach strategies for senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on innovative campaigns.
  • Partner with Strategic AEs to refine engagement plans.
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns focusing on high-impact strategies.
  • Understand prospect pain points and industry trends.
  • Own early-stage pipeline activities and qualify leads.
  • Shadow Strategic AEs on demos.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and tools.
  • Represent Chili Piper at industry events and discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months as SDR at Chili Piper.
  • Proven success in booking meetings.
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative account-based targeting skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Passion for understanding Chili Piper's value.
