Overview

The Strategic Accounts Sales Representative (SASR) is responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) to drive long-term growth and market share for PROCEPT BioRobotics.

In Short

  • Provide a single point of contact for assigned IDN groups.
  • Maintain and grow business in contracted groups.
  • Cross-collaborate with various teams for presentations and marketing events.
  • Develop key relationships in targeted accounts.
  • Support expansion of clinical usage and train new surgeon users.
  • Identify local billing and coding alignment.
  • Collaborate with local teams for program growth.
  • Establish and leverage IDN dashboards for strategic targets.
  • Cultivate positive relationships throughout PROCEPT-BioRobotics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare consulting.
  • Prior exposure to Urology or BPH treatment pathways preferred.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
