Overview

OpenEye is seeking a Strategic Account Representative to promote video security solutions and support a major strategic account.

In Short

  • Support strategic account managers in sales strategies.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to solutions.
  • Manage sales processes using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage with channel partners and end-users.
  • Attend trade shows and market events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 3 years of outside sales experience in technology.
  • Located on the East Coast.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Technical aptitude with enterprise software.
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50%-60% of the time.
  • Experience with national integration companies preferred.
  • Sales experience in cloud SaaS and video surveillance preferred.
