Overview

As a Junior Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial expansion by generating and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and nurturing relationships with prospects.

In Short

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach and follow-up on inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify needs and book meetings for the Sales team.
  • Engage prospects with tailored messaging to build trust.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on target accounts and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support reporting and pipeline visibility.
  • Develop commercial skills and take ownership of a small pipeline.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Desire to grow within a consultative sales career.
  • Native-level Italian and advanced English required.
  • 3 years of experience in sales outreach or call center work.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Native-level Italian and advanced English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office 365.
  • Collaborative spirit.
  • Enthusiasm for EdTech or corporate training.
