Overview

As a Sr. Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving net new Enterprise business opportunities for our fulfillment and distribution solutions.

In Short

  • Conduct client discovery calls with Enterprise level executives.
  • Establish relationships with potential Enterprise clients through proactive outreach.
  • Uncover root causes of client issues and offer consultative solutions.
  • Participate in webinars and media events for industry thought leadership.
  • Coach and assist in training other team members.
  • Prospect and identify new outbound clients for services.
  • Conduct outbound outreach activities including cold calling and emailing.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report on KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development.
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain and fulfillment roles.
  • Proven track record in a goal-driven environment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to develop creative outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
