Systems Engineer - Enterprise - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in a defined set of Enterprise Accounts. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

In Short

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the Enterprise customers.
• Understand customer technical requirements to build superior solutions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners.
• Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products and competitive landscape.
• Effectively position Fortinet solutions to customers remotely or in person.
• Manage time effectively on multiple deals to ensure positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate technical information in CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

• High aptitude for security technology, especially encryption and authentication.
• Experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing technical aspects of deals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrable impact on key wins.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with effective communication.
• Understanding of solutions like SD-WAN, ZTNA, IAM, Firewall, etc.
