Overview

The Studio Project Manager is the operational heartbeat of The Studio, ensuring creative projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations in Wrike, including intake, timelines, task assignments, and project progression.
• Partner with the Strategic Creative Operations Manager to prioritise workload and ensure accurate resource allocation.
• Build, maintain, and improve Studio workflows and templates for efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the Wrike expert, leading training, troubleshooting, and optimisation across teams.
• Develop and document process improvements to streamline collaboration.
• Support the intake and briefing process, ensuring project requests are clear and actionable.
• Track project dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating when needed.
• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day Studio operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing environment.
• Master-level proficiency with Wrike (or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of creative workflows.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and optimise processes that improve efficiency.
