Overview

In this role, you will lead the onboarding and development of Junior BDRs while optimizing sales processes and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Development or Sales Enablement.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish and/or German are strong pluses.
  • Proficient in key sales tools such as SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Skilled in analyzing performance data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A team player with a sense of ownership and initiative.
