Overview

We are seeking an action-oriented and autonomous Sales Enablement Lead to take full ownership of our sales enablement function. This role is critical in equipping our sales teams with the training, tools, and resources they needed to drive revenue growth and customer success.

In Short

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs.
  • Create, organize, maintain, and continuously update all sales enablement materials.
  • Leverage strong Salesforce expertise for seamless adoption and optimization.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance sales productivity.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Track and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and best practice sharing across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on content creation experience.
  • Understanding of sales processes and CRM optimization.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for content management.
  • Self-starter with strong autonomy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics.
