  • Strong analytical skills for actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2G sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, and Docebo.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Located in either SF or DC, willing to come into the office in a hybrid capacity.
