One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Enablement Lead in Canada.

We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Sales Enablement Lead to take full ownership of the sales enablement function. In this role, you will empower sales teams with the training, tools, and resources necessary to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer success. You will design and implement sales enablement programs, create compelling content, and optimize CRM usage to drive productivity. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure alignment with business goals and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.

In Short

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that support revenue targets and sales team effectiveness.
  • Create, maintain, and update sales materials including training decks, onboarding content, competitive battlecards, and playbooks.
  • Optimize Salesforce workflows to enhance adoption, reporting, and sales productivity.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Track and analyze enablement metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote consistent messaging and best practices across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in creating training materials and sales content.
  • Strong project management skills.
