Overview

The Business Development Associate, Global Strategic Accounts drives global account growth by uncovering expansion opportunities, generating insight-driven engagement, and supporting the long-term commercial strategy across multinational enterprise clients.

In Short

  • Develop and execute targeted account development strategies within assigned global strategic accounts.
  • Build a deep understanding of each account’s organizational structure and business priorities.
  • Contribute to the overall global pipeline by driving thoughtful prospecting.
  • Partner with the Head of Global Strategic Account Program to define targeted account plans.
  • Conduct structured account research to map organizational hierarchies.
  • Design and execute multi-touch, insight-led engagement plans for priority accounts.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from global prospects.
  • Engage prospects with regionally relevant insights and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Continuously explore new global business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales.
  • Advanced English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.
  • Strategic, curious, and analytical mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM proficiency.
  • Motivated by commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborative approach in a global context.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
