Overview

As an Account Manager at Learnlight, you will drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the B2B market, focusing on achieving sales objectives and ensuring long-term client loyalty.

In Short

  • Remote position reporting to the Client Team Leader.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through account development, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute account plans for client relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide sales forecasts.
  • Deliver presentations and lead contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and internal teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience in B2B sales and growing client relationships.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics 365.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of industry trends and client needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
