Overview

This position serves as a member of the Management Development Program (MDP) with a focus on BSA/AML financial investigations, providing quantitative support and participating in extensive training.

In Short

• Participate in a one-year Management Development Program.
• Engage in ten weeks of Core Training and On-the-Job training.
• Work on the BSA/AML Sanctions Model & Strategy team.
• Assist in quantitative analytics and modeling strategy approaches.
• Generate analyses and reports for model risk governance.
• Develop relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in group projects and presentations to management.
• Receive training in banking, financial skills, and leadership.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA student with no work experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials (GPA of 3.0 or better).
• Up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Work/internship experience preferred.
